Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website.

1. Use of the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website 

This www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website is owned and operated by Greene King plc and Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited, companies registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Westgate Brewery, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1QT. 2. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the www.gkflamegrill.co.uk website. The changes will apply to the use of the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website. If you continue to use the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

3. Access to and availability of the website
Greene King will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the website 24 hours per day without any interruptions. However, from time to time you may experience disruptions due, for example, to essential maintenance or problems beyond our control involving suppliers, communications, the Internet, your own computer or software failures. Accordingly, Greene King does not warrant that the website will be available continuously and is not liable for any downtime or disruption in website availability.

You agree to (and agree to ensure that your directors, employees and agents):

  • keep all passwords secret at all times and have them changed, if there is reason to believe that someone else knows them; and 
  • notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any accidental or unauthorised access or use of the service by any third party.

The content and design of these website pages are subject to copyright owned by Greene King. You are welcome to print pages for your personal use but no part of this website, our logos or trademarks may be reproduced or transmitted in any way for any other purpose.

Other than having permission to access the website and use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you agree that nothing herein creates or grants to you any right in or ownership of any intellectual property rights existing in the presentation or format of the website or in any software, content, information, data or databases provided through the website or used in or forming part of the services. Greene King reserves the right to change the details of any hotel or pub at any time without notice.

7. Liability

From time to time this website may include links to other websites not under the control of Greene King. Greene King has no control over, and will accept no liability in respect of, the content on any external link.
Any information related to a supplier or product on the website which is not part of or produced by the Greene King group does not represent any endorsement by Greene King of the quality of the supplier or product offered.

9. Termination
Greene King may terminate your right to use the website by notice in writing to you if you breach any of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

On termination, you will make no further attempt to access the website or use the services and must delete all relevant passwords and any other  www.gkmeetandeat.co.uk material.

10. Your liability
You agree to be liable for and to indemnify Greene King (and its officers, employees, directors, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns) and hold it harmless against all third party claims, demands and actions and in relation to all liabilities, losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in relation to such claims, demands and actions, to the extent that such liability arises from breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or use of your computer, passwords or secure means of access to the website by an unauthorised user.

11. General
If Greene King fails to exercise its rights immediately, this will not by itself be taken as a waiver of those rights and Greene King may still exercise those rights in the future.

If any of these terms or conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the offending provision will be severed and remaining terms and conditions will be unaffected (to the fullest extent legally permitted).

You agree that Greene King may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to anybody else without first obtaining the written consent of Greene King.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of the use or publication of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

12. Booking information:
A deposit may be required for a main event but not for a regular booking. Deposits are non refundable. Deposit payment accepted via credit, debit card or cash and must be paid at the time of booking. Pre-orders are required 14 days before dining or at the time of booking if less than 14 days before hand. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are liable for full payment of food. All currency is in pound sterling. Refunds will be made to the card used to make the to make the original payment. It could take up to 10 working days to receive the funds back into your account. (v) These dishes on our menu are suitable for vegetarians. (ve) These dishes on our menu are suitable for vegans. Whilst we take care to preserve the integrity of our vegetarian and vegan products, we must advise that these are handled in a multi-kitchen environment. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, cereals containing gluten & other allergens are present, therefore we cannot guarantee that any food is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross contamination. All fish dishes may contain bones. Scampi may contain one or more tail per piece. Chicken wings may be single or double wings. All weights are approximate & uncooked. Photography is for guidance only. Products & offers are subject to availability. Our menu descriptors do not include all ingredients. Please ask a member of the team if you require full allergen information on the ingredients in the food we serve.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1) This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of England and Wales only, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. 2) The Promotion will run in participating outlets from 00:00 (GMT) on 04/10/2016 until 23:59hrs (GMT) on 12/11/2016. Any entries submitted outside these dates will not be entered into the Promotion. 3) Purchase is not necessary to enter. Proof of name, age and address of persons entering the Promotion may be required to verify identity and eligibility to enter and to win the prize. 4) How to enter • To enter simply ask for a collector card, fill in your personal details and hand in the form to a member of staff or fill in our online entry form. • Consumers may only enter once. • There is no cash alternative prize available. • The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to initial winner notification within 28 days from the date of the initial notification, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. 9) Prize: One prize of a trip to Munich, Germany for two nights for two people • i) Two night stay for two people in Munich • ii) Two rooms will be booked – these can be double or twin. Rooms will include breakfast • iii) Hotel stay subject to availability, if rooms unavailable on chosen dates an alternative will be selected • iv) Trip must be redeemed during November/December 2016 • v) All travellers must be 18+ and hold a valid UK Passport • vi) Return flights from chosen UK airport, UK transfers and International transfers are included • vii) All other expenses will need to be paid for by the winner 10) All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter will not be responsible for any winner’s failure to comply with these requirements. 12) By entering the Promotion, the winners hereby agree that the Promoter may use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any remuneration and acknowledge that they may be required to participate in unpaid promotional activity. 13) Data Protection: by entering the Promotion, you agree and consent that any personal information provided by you with the entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw and for the Promoter’s promotional purposes, unless you instruct the Promoter otherwise. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Click here for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 14) The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all promotional matters. 15) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries. 16) The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. 17) If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries.
